Our steps process
Your Treatment in Four Simple Steps
Clinical review begins
Once your appointment is complete, your treatment plan will be presented to the wider clinical team for review.
Prescription sent to pharmacy
If approved, your prescription will be written and sent to our partner pharmacy.
Pay for your medication
You will then receive a payment link to pay for your medication.
Prepared & dispatched
Once payment is received and the pharmacy has received a hard copy of your prescription, your medication will be prepared for dispatch.
This process typically takes 4 – 5 working days, though may vary depending on clinical approval or payment delays.

Dispensing hours
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (excl. bank holidays)
Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Please note that no dispatches are made on weekends or public holidays.
