In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
"CBPMs" means cannabis-based medicinal products that are unlicensed medicines prescribed on a named-patient basis in accordance with UK law.
"Consent Form" means the Patient Consent Form provided to and accepted by the User at the time of registration, which forms part of these Terms.
"Dispensed","we", "us", or "our" means Plantmed Clinic UK Ltd, trading as Dispensed, a private healthcare clinic registered in England and Wales, offering remote medical consultations and prescription services.
"Dispensed Platform" means the digital platform, including the website, patient portal, mobile application, and associated systems operated by Dispensed for the purpose of facilitating patient access to consultations, prescriptions, and related services.
"Prescribing Clinician" or "Clinician" means a licensed UK-based medical practitioner registered with the General Medical Council who provides consultations and prescribes cannabis-based medicinal products via the Dispensed Platform.
"Partner Pharmacy" means an independent third-party pharmacy with which Dispensed cooperates to fulfil prescriptions issued via the Dispensed Platform.
"Partner Pharmacy Terms of Sale" means the terms of sale that relate to the purchase of Products by a User from a Partner Pharmacy as set out in Schedule A;
"Patient","User", "you" or "your" means any individual who accesses the Dispensed Platform and/or receives services from Dispensed.
"Products" means any CBPM prescribed by a licensed clinician via the Dispensed Platformand dispensed to you by a Partner Pharmacy on a named-patient basis, in accordance with applicable UK laws, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. For clarity, Products are unlicensed medicines and are supplied in accordance with a valid prescription issued for your personal use only.
"PrivacyPolicy" means the document setting out how Dispensed collects, uses, stores and discloses personal data, accessible at https://www.dispensed.co.uk/privacy-policy.
"Services" means the provision of access to and use of the Dispensed Platform, including but not limited to medical consultations, eligibility assessments, CBMP prescriptions, support services and referrals.
"Site" refers to the dispensed.co.uk and includes the Dispensed Platform;
"Terms" means these Terms and Conditions, the Consent Form, the Privacy Policy, and anydocuments incorporated by reference therein.
"UKConsumer Law" means the applicable legislation in the United Kingdom governing the rights of individuals acting as consumers in relation to goods and services, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and any other laws or regulations intended to protect individuals acting outside the course of business from unfair, misleading, or inadequate commercial practices.
"User, you or your" refers to a person who accesses or uses the Dispensed Platform or Site, but for the avoidance of doubt does not include Dispensed or any person who is an officer, director, contractor, employee or agent of Dispensed;
"User Content" means any and all information and content that a User submits to, or uses in conjunction with, the Site or Services, including without limitation any and all information and content in the User’s profile, User reviews and/or User postings.

Dispensed is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and operates in accordance with UK healthcare laws, including the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001 and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To register for Services, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older;
- Be ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom;
- Complete the online Eligibility Questionnaire;
- Provide valid photographic identification;
- Provide full and accurate medical history;
- Consent to Dispensed accessing your summary care record or equivalent medical data;
- Consent to our standard Patient Consent Form.
You further represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Dispensed reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or terminate Services where information is false, incomplete, or misleading.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and the Patient Consent Form:
- Dispensed is an online platform that connects patients with health care practitioners and provides an online service for patients to get their prescription filled, dispensed and delivered by a Partner Pharmacy.
- Dispensed does not sell, supply or distribute any products, and does not provide or hold itself out as providing any kind of health or disability services. Dispensed is not responsible for the advice provided by a practitioner whom you have connected with on our Site and does not make any representations about their expertise or suitability of the advice provided or not provided. The Site may also provide you with access to pharmacies or businesses which may dispense products prescribed or recommended by a practitioner. Dispensed is not responsible for the quality or suitability of those products.
- The User appoints Dispensed as the User’s agent to facilitate payment for that User’s prescription product to the Partner Pharmacy and the dispensing and delivery of those products by the Partner Pharmacy. Dispensed is not responsible for the quality of those products.
- The sale and purchase of products is between the User and the Partner Pharmacy, and all sale and purchase transactions will be governed by the Partner Pharmacy Terms of Sale.
- Dispensed owns and operates the Site. By accessing the Site and/or using the Services, you are agreeing that these Terms apply to the Services.
- The Site provides access to the Dispensed Platform for you to access consultations with medical professionals. The Site may also provide you with access to Partner Pharmacies which may dispense products prescribed or recommended by a practitioner. Dispensed is not responsible for the quality of those products.
- Amendment of the Terms: Dispensed reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. Any changes will be notified to you and published on the Site. By continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by the amended Terms. You do not have to continue using our Site and Services if you do not agree to our amended Terms.
5. Consultations and Prescriptions
All consultations are conducted remotely by qualified UK clinicians. A non-refundable fee of Nineteen British Pounds (£19) applies to initial and follow-up consultations. This fee may be credited against the cost of treatment if a prescription is issued and fulfilled.
You acknowledge that:
- Completion of a consultation does not guarantee a prescription;
- CBMPs will only be prescribed if clinically appropriate and lawful;
- Follow-up consultations may be required as a condition of ongoing treatment;
- Dispensed does not provide emergency medical services.
Clinicians retain sole discretion to determine eligibility for treatment and the appropriate formulation, dosage, and course of CBMPs.

6. Fees and Cancellations
Any appointment you make for a consultation with a health care practitioner using the Dispensed Platform is important to us and is reserved especially for you once booked. Each consultation is charged at Nineteen British Pounds (£19), and payable in advance.
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way and changes and cancellations may be necessary. Should you need to make changes to any appointment you have made using the Dispensed Platform, we kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to Dispensed using the cancellation facility on the Site or by calling Dispensed directly. This policy is in place to allow your practitioner to offer your allocated time to another patient. You will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the consultation for any missed or cancelled appointments where you have provided less than 24 hours’ notice.
There are no long-term contracts. General clinical support between consultations is provided free of charge.
Refunds are only available where:
- The patient is deemed eligible, receives a prescription, and has provided truthful information; or
- b. A cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.
Refunds are not available where the patient is ineligible or has provided incomplete or misleading information.
7. Partner Pharmacies And Product Fulfilment
Dispensed does not dispense, supply or sell medications. Prescriptions are issued on a named-patient basis and are fulfilled by independent Partner Pharmacies.
You acknowledge that:
- Dispensed does not set or control pharmacy pricing;
- Payments for medication are made directly to the Partner Pharmacy;
- Dispensed is not liable for the quality, characteristics, side effects, delivery, or performance of any medication;
- Dispensed is not responsible for pharmacy delays, stock issues or courier problems.
All medicines prescribed are unlicensed and are used off-label. You accept all known and potential risks associated with CBMPs as outlined in the Patient Consent Form.
Terms relating to dispatch, delivery and refunds of prescription products are set out in our Partner Pharmacy Terms of Sale attached at Schedule A (as well as any other relevant policies as published on the Site from time to time).
By accessing the Services through Dispensed, you agree to the Partner Pharmacy Terms of Sale and any other relevant policies as published on the Site from time to time.
8. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use CBMPs strictly in accordance with medical advice;
- Attend required follow-up consultations;
- Inform Dispensed of any changes in your health or concurrent medications;
- Not obtain duplicate cannabis prescriptions from other providers concurrently;
- Comply with UK driving laws relating to THC and operation of vehicles or machinery;
- Refrain from misuse, diversion, or unauthorised sharing of prescribed medication.
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Dispensed maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff or clinicians. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user for such conduct.
9. Accounts
In order to use certain features of the Dispensed Platform, you must register for an account (Dispensed Account). You will be asked to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You represent and warrant that all information you submit is accurate and complete; and you will keep your information up to date. You agree that:
- You may not create multiple Dispensed Accounts for the same individual. Dispensed may suspend or terminate duplicate accounts.
- Dispensed may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, provide false information, or if your continued access is deemed clinically inappropriate. We will inform you of any suspension or termination, unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation or regulatory obligation.
- You may request the deletion of your Dispensed Account at any time by emailing support@dispensed.co.uk. Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach of security. You agree to immediately notify Dispensed (by sending an email to support@dispensed.co.uk) of any unauthorised use, or suspected unauthorised use, of your Dispensed Account or any other breach of security. Dispensed cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
- If you choose to link your Dispensed Account to a third-party service (such as a social media platform), you authorise us to receive limited account information from that service, in accordance with their terms and your permissions. We are not responsible for their handling of your data.
10. Patient Registration Scheme
By registering with Dispensed, you consent to being enrolled in our patient monitoring and support programme, which supports the safe and effective use of CBMPs in line with UK clinical guidance.
You agree that:
- You may be provided access to a secure patient monitoring platform to track your progress, treatment response, and health updates.
- Information you enter or share as part of this programme – including clinical details, progress reports, and product usage – may be accessed by your Dispensed clinician, support staff, and authorised personnel for the purposes of patient care, audit, and quality improvement.
- Aggregated, anonymised data may be used by Dispensed and its group companies for research, analytics, and regulatory reporting. Identifiable data will only be shared externally in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK law.
- You may receive communications related to your treatment and may also be contacted by Dispensed or affiliated companies with educational content, product updates, or service improvements. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
11. Access and Use of the Site
A. License
Subject to these Terms, Dispensed grants you:
- a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use; and
- a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the software Dispensed makes available for mobile devices (Mobile App), in executable object code format only, solely on your own handheld mobile device and for your personal, non-commercial use.
For the avoidance of doubt, as used in these Terms, the term “Services” includes the use of the Mobile App.
B. Certain Restrictions
The rights granted to you under these Terms are subject to the following restrictions:
- you shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site or Services;
- you shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Site or Services; and
- you shall not access the Site or Services in order to build a similar or competitive service.
C. Modification
Dispensed reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or Services or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that Dispensed will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or Services or any part thereof.
D. Communications (Email and Text)
Where you have provided your email address and contact number, you agree that we may send you emails and texts concerning our Services, as well as those of third parties. You may opt-out of promotional emails and texts by following the unsubscribe instructions in a promotional email and text.
E. User Content and other Users
You acknowledge and agree that:
- you are solely responsible for your User Content. Dispensed is not responsible for nor makes any guarantees or assumes any responsibility for any User Content, including its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness, currency, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Dispensed does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or User for your use or misuse of any User Content.
- To not to use the Site, Services, or any of Dispensed’s social media pages or channels to collect, upload, transmit, display, or distribute any User Content that:
i. violates any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right;
ii. is unlawful, harassing, abusive, tortious, threatening, harmful, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, defamatory, false, intentionally misleading, trade libellous, pornographic, obscene, patently offensive (e.g., material that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual) or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature; or
iii. in violation of any law, regulation, or obligations or restrictions imposed by any third-party.
- you hereby grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Dispensed an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully-paid worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works and otherwise use your User Content, and to grant sublicenses of the foregoing, solely for the purposes of including your User Content in the Site and Services. You agree to irrevocably waive (and cause to be waived) any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Content.
F. Feedback
If you provide Dispensed any feedback or suggestions regarding the Site or Services (Feedback), you hereby assign to Dispensed all rights in the Feedback and agree that Dispensed shall have the right to use such Feedback and related information in any manner it deems appropriate. Dispensed will treat any Feedback you provide to Dispensed as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Dispensed will not modify the Feedback. You agree that you will not submit to Dispensed any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential or proprietary.
G. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
- upload, transmit, or distribute any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data;
- send unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise;
- harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other Users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
- interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Site or Services or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks;
- harass or interfere with another User’s use and enjoyment of the Site or Services; or
- introduce software or automated agents or scripts to the Site or Services so as to produce multiple accounts, generate automated searches, requests and queries, or to strip, scrape, or mine data from the Site or Services.
You agree:
- Not to submit any false, incorrect or misleading information through your usage of the Site;
- Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our Site or content, including graphics, icons, logos and service names;
- Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our Site, including:
i. any equipment or network on which our site is stored;
ii. any software used in the provision of our site; and/or
iii. any equipment, network or software owned by any third party.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review any User Content (including any image files or reviews), investigate, and/or take appropriate action against you in our sole discretion (including removing or modifying your User Content, terminating your Dispensed Account in accordance with these Terms, and/or reporting you to law enforcement authorities) if we in our sole discretion suspect that you have violated the any policy, or any other provision of these Terms, or otherwise create liability for us or any other person.
H. Third-party Interactions
During use of the Site or Service, you may enter into correspondence with, purchase goods and/or services from, or participate in promotions of third-party service providers including practitioners, pharmacies, advertisers, or sponsors showing their goods and/or services through the Site or Service.
Dispensed is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into with a third party. Any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such activity, is solely between you and the applicable third party.
Dispensed shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase, transaction, or promotion between you and any such third-party. You agree that it is your responsibility to take reasonable precautions in all actions and interactions with any third party you interact with through the Site or Service.
I. Third-party Materials
The Site or Services might display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, articles, applications or other products, services and/or materials) or contain links to third party websites, services, and advertisements for third parties (Third-Party Materials).
You acknowledge and agree that Dispensed is not responsible for Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. Dispensed does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or User for any Third-Party Materials.
Third-Party Materials and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you acknowledge that you access and use them entirely at your own risk. When you access or view a Third-Party Material, the applicable third party’s terms and policies apply, including the third party’s privacy and data gathering practices. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction in connection with such Third-Party Material.
J. Deals
The Site or Services might display, include or make available coupons, promotional codes, giveaways, and other offers (Deals). Deals constitute Third-Party Materials under these Terms.
Dispensed displays these Deals on the Site and Services as a form of advertisement for the third party only. All Deals are offered directly by the applicable third party, and may be subject to additional terms, conditions or restrictions, whether or not such additional terms, conditions or restrictions are expressly included on the Site or Services. The relevant third party, and not Dispensed, is solely responsible for:
- redemption of the Deal;
- compliance of all aspects of the Deal with applicable law (including without limit, the advertisement, redemption, and terms, conditions and restrictions related thereto);
- all goods and services it provides to you in connection with the Deal; andNot to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our Site, including:
- any loss, damages, claims, liabilities and costs a Deal may cause you to suffer, either directly or indirectly, in full or in part.
K. Release regarding other Users, Third-Party Interactions or Third-Party Materials
Your interactions with other Users are solely between you and such User. You agree that Dispensed will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such interactions. Dispensed is under no obligation to become involved or assist in the resolution of disputes between Users.
You hereby release and discharge Dispensed (and our officers, directors, contractors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns) from, and hereby waive and relinquish your rights with respect to, each and every past, present and future dispute, claim, controversy, demand, right, obligation, liability, action and cause of action of every kind and nature (including personal injuries, death, and property damage), that has arisen or arises directly or indirectly out of, or relates directly or indirectly to, any interactions with, or act or omission of, other Site or Service users, Third-Party Interactions, or Third-Party Materials.
12. Intellectual Property
You agree that:
- Except as expressly permitted under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, or as otherwise required by law, you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, frame, upload, post, transmit or distribute any part of the Dispensed Platform or its content without our prior written consent. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics, user interface design, logos, audio, video, and downloadable materials made available through the Platform.
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Dispensed Platform and Services (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Dispensed. These rights are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform, the Services, or the content made available through them, other than the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
- You may access and use the content on the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use related to your healthcare, subject to these Terms. Any other use requires prior written authorisation from Dispensed.
- All trademarks, trade names, and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Use of such marks without permission may constitute an infringement.
13. Data Protection And Communications
The Site contains links to other websites for your information and convenience which are not owned or operated by Dispensed. Dispensed has no control over websites which it does not own or operate and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise, directly or indirectly, from your use of other websites.
Dispensed’s Privacy Policy sets out how we will collect, use and disclose your information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The current Privacy Policy of Dispensed is available at https://www.dispensed.co.uk/privacy-policy.
Dispensed complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. By using our Services and Site, you consent to:
- The collection, processing, and use of your personal and medical data;
- Data sharing with clinicians, Partner Pharmacies, regulators, or lawful authorities as necessary;
- Communications via SMS, email or phone for care updates, reminders, and marketing (with opt-out available).

14. Platform Access And Technical Issues
Dispensed aims to ensure 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates or unforeseen issues. Dispensed is not liable for service disruptions, internet provider outages, or device malfunctions.
15. Termination of Services
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or Services, however you acknowledge and agree that:
- we may suspend your rights to use the Site and/or Services (including your Dispensed Account); or terminate your use of the Site and/or Services in accordance with these Terms,at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for:
i. Breach of these Terms;
ii. You engaging in abusive or inappropriate conduct;
iii. Treatment being no longer clinically appropriate;
iv. any use of the Site or Services in violation of these Terms or for failure to comply with the Partner Pharmacy Terms of Sale.
- Upon termination, your Dispensed Account and right to access and use the Site and Services will terminate immediately. Any fees paid remain non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
- You understand that any termination of your Dispensed Account involves deletion of your User Content associated therewith from our Site, Services, and live databases. Dispensed will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of these Terms, including for termination of your Dispensed Account or deletion of your User Content.
- Even after your use of the Site and/or Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions is terminated, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions which are capable of operating will remain in effect.
16. Disclaimers
You agree that:
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer protection laws, all content provided via the Dispensed Platform is provided “as is” without warranties, conditions or guarantees of accuracy or suitability.
- The information on our site, including blog posts, FAQs, and third-party content, is provided for general information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice from a registered healthcare provider.
- Dispensed is not responsible for any services or experiences arising from interactions between you and third parties (e.g. pharmacies or delivery providers) even if introduced via our Platform.
- While we verify that all clinicians using our platform are licensed to practise in the UK, we do not independently assess their qualifications beyond regulatory checks.
- Any information provided via social media or other digital communications by Dispensed is not intended as individual medical advice and should not be relied upon without clinical consultation.
17. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability
You agree that:
- For the purposes of this clause, references to “Dispensed” include its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities.
- You agree to indemnify Dispensed against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and legal fees incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms; violation of applicable laws; or misuse of the Platform or Services.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
- To the extent permitted by law, Dispensed excludes all liability for the performance, quality or efficacy of CBPMs; acts or omissions of Partner Pharmacies; clinical outcomes or side effects; delays in consultation, prescription or medication delivery; any loss arising from misuse of the platform. Dispensed does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
- Subject to the above, Dispensed shall also not be liable for loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings; loss of opportunity or goodwill; indirect or consequential loss; clinical outcomes of treatment or efficacy of prescribed CBPMs; delay or failure of a third-party pharmacy or delivery provider.
- If we are found liable for any failure under this Agreement, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for the consultation(s) giving rise to the claim.
