Check Your Eligibility

1

Check If You're Eligible

To get started: we'll ask you a few quick questions to find out if medical cannabis may be a suitable option for you. The questionnaire covers information from your medical history, any symptoms you're experiencing, and what your health goals are so we can provide you with clinical care and guidance.
We'll Handle The Paperwork For You
Once you've completed the questionnaire, we'll take care of the admin. With your consent, we'll contact your GP to request a secure copy of your Summary Care Record. This is a document that gives us a clear picture of your health background. We'll engage directly with your GP and keep everything confidential and safe.
Already Seeing Another Clinic?
If you're currently receiving care elsewhere, we'll make sure switching over is hassle-free as possible. Just give us permission to get in touch with your current clinic on your behalf to request a discharge letter and make sure you have continuity of care with us.

Book Your First Online Appointment

If you're eligible, you'll be invited to book a consultation with one of our specialist doctors. This is a relaxed, one-to-one conversation with your specialist doctor in a telehealth environment where your clinicians will take the time to properly understand your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
If medical cannabis is a suitable option for you, your specialist doctor will walk through treatment options and put together a personalised treatment plan built around your specific needs.
What To Expect:
  • Your first online consultation is free - for a limited time only (normally  £19)
  • No referral needed - you can come straight to us for advice and clinical guidance without judgement
  • Appointment are completely online - attend your initial and ongoing consultations from the comfort of your own home using a secure video link to attend your online appointment
  • If approved, you'll receive your first prescription and a tailored treatment plan that's tailored to your needs

Discreet Delivery Of Your Medication

Once your doctor has assessed your eligibility and approved your prescription, one of our trusted partner pharmacies will prepare and send medication straight to your door. Meaning: no need to visit a pharmacy or leave the house.

All orders are sent in discreet packaging to protect your privacy.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
The delivery of your prescription typically takes 3 to 5 working days. Before your order can be dispatched, the pharmacy will need to complete a few quick checks. This is a standard requirement for all UK patients:
  • Payment for your order is confirmed
  • Your delivery address is verified
  • Your ID check is completed
Once these compliance checks are completed, your order will be on its way. Please note: delivery may be delayed if your prescription requires any additional review or clarification but we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

Travel Guide

Travelling abroad?

How to travel with a medical cannabis prescription
1. Check Local Laws
Most countries don’t recognise UK prescriptions and cannabis may be illegal. Always research each country you're visiting or transiting through.

2. Use Original Packaging
Keep your medication in its original packaging with the pharmacy label visible. Your name and date of birth must match your passport.

3. Pack Medical Cannabis Flower in Checked Luggage
If permitted by the airline and destination, cannabis flower should go in your checked bag.

4. Proof of Prescription & Travel Letter
Carry both a copy of your prescription and a travel letter confirming it is for personal medical use. You can request both by emailing info@dispensed.co.uk before you travel.

5. Confirm with Embassies
Laws vary, and some countries have strict penalties. Contacting the embassy helps you confirm it’s safe to travel with your prescription and avoid surprises at the border.
