Yes. Dispensed initial and follow up consultations are currently free.

From 8 July 2026, New Patients (as defined in our Terms & Conditions) may be asked to pay a £1 account verification fee before booking their initial consultation.

This payment is used to verify your account and payment method, and is refundable upon request.

‍

For New Patients booking an initial consultation from 8 July 2026, if you do not attend your initial consultation, or cancel or reschedule it with less than 48 hours’ notice, a £19 non-attendance fee may be applied to your account.

This fee will not apply where the initial consultation is cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic, where there is a platform issue, or where exceptional circumstances apply.
