Check if You're Eligible

1

Check Eligibility

To determine your eligibility, we’ll get you started with a short questionnaire. This helps us understand your medical history, current symptoms and health goals so we can assess whether medical cannabis may be a suitable option for you.

As part of the process, you’ll be asked to provide consent for us to request your Summary Care Record from your GP. With your approval, we’ll contact your GP directly and handle it all securely on your behalf.
If you’re currently with another clinic, we’ll also help you arrange a smooth transition of care. With your permission, we’ll notify your existing clinic and request a discharge letter so your care can continue seamlessly with us.

Online Consult

If you’re eligible, you’ll be invited to book your first appointment. You’ll meet with one of our experienced specialist clinicians, who will review your medical history and take the time to fully understand your symptoms and treatment goals. If medical cannabis is a suitable option, they’ll talk you through the available treatments and work with you to create a personalised plan that fits your needs.
We charge a small £19 fee for your initial consultation, but if you’re approved and receive your first 30 day prescription, that £19 will be credited towards the cost of your medication, effectively making your consultation free!
All appointments are online, and no referral is required. If approved, you’ll receive your first prescription and be supported with a treatment plan tailored just for you.

Discreet Delivery

After the doctor’s assessment and approval, one of our partner pharmacies will dispense your prescription. All medicine is delivered in discreet packaging directly to your door for your convenience and privacy. Meaning there is no need to leave the house.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from your appointment, provided there are no issues. Delays can occur if clinical approval takes longer, the prescription needs clarification, changes are requested or further documentation is required.

Please note: No medication can be dispatched until payment is received, your delivery address is confirmed, and your ID is verified by the pharmacy. These compliance checks are mandatory for all UK patients and may affect delivery timelines.

To ensure your treatment is effective, you'll need to book a follow up consultation approximately 28 days after your initial consultation. From there, a clinician will assess your progress and adjust your prescription or continue your plan accordingly.
There are no contracts and no hidden costs, you’ll only ever pay for your medication. A £19 consultation fee applies to both initial and follow up appointments, and is fully credited towards the cost of your medication once you begin a treatment plan.If you need to adjust your treatment, ask a question or simply check in, our team is here to help. Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book an appointment with a clinician?

To get started, click Get Started at the top of this page and complete the registration form. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your eligibility questionnaire and book a convenient time for your consultation.

As part of this process, you’ll be asked to:

  • Consent to us requesting your Summary Care Record
  • Upload a form of photo ID
  • Confirm key details about your medical history

This helps us ensure your care is safe and appropriate. Once you're an active patient, you can book follow-ups and request support any time through the clinic or LiveChat.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll help you find a new time that works.

All appointments, including initial and follow up consultations, carry a £19 fee. If you attend and move forward with treatment, this fee is credited towards your medication.

If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, the £19 fee will still apply.

This helps us keep appointments available for other patients and ensures our clinicians’ time is respected.

How do I provide my Summary Care Record?

You don’t need to worry about organising this yourself. With your consent, we’ll securely contact your GP and request your Summary Care Record on your behalf. It’s a straightforward process and we’ll keep you updated throughout.

If you prefer, you can also request it yourself and upload it with your eligibility questionnaire.

If I’m with another clinic, do I need a discharge letter?

Yes, a discharge letter is required before we can begin treatment. With your permission, we’ll contact your current clinic and request this on your behalf to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Alternatively, you can request the letter yourself and email it to info@dispensed.co.uk

How long will my treatment last?

Your treatment begins with a one month plan. You’ll be booked in for a follow-up appointment approximately 28 days after your initial consultation, so your clinician can review your progress and make any necessary adjustments.

Once your treatment is approved, you’ll move onto a three month plan. If your needs change at any time, you can request support or adjustments, we’re here to help whenever you need us.

Can I change my treatment?

Yes. If your treatment needs to be adjusted, simply contact the clinic and book a follow up appointment. A clinician will review your progress and update your prescription if needed.
